Texaco opens its first 10 fully branded oil change service centres in Kazakhstan
Texaco® Lubricants has partnered with Asian Development Company (ADC), its Havoline channel partner based in Kazakhstan, to establish a network of Texaco branded oil change service centres in Kazakhstan.
There are currently 10 Texaco-branded workshops, with future projects in development. In addition to its network of branded centres, Texaco Lubricants’ branding is present in over 20 oil change service centres, with Texaco lightboxes adorning the points of sale. Since beginning its cooperation with ADC at the start of 2024, Texaco has established a presence in 11 different regions in the country.
The first centre to be launched, Turbo 24/7 Oil Change Point, is located in Kazakhstan’s capital city, Astana. Strategically situated on a popular main road in a residential area of the city, the depot is easily accessible to drivers travelling out of Astana towards the Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport. The depot is one of few oil change service centres in the area, filling a notable gap in the local market.
Opening its first 10 Texaco branded oil change service centres clearly underpins Texaco’s commitment to bolstering its presence in Central Asia. Having identified Kazakhstan as a key market, the business has plans to continue to grow in the region.
