Cetus Elitesyn MGX
Premium performance synthetic compressor fluids
Cetus EliteSyn MGX oils are formulated to provide effective lubrication for:
- Rotary screw and vane compressors (portable and stationary)
- Single-stage and multistage reciprocating compressors
- ISO VG 46 and ISO VG 68 are commonly used for rotary air compressors
Since reciprocating compressors require both crankcase and cylinder lubrication, these products are formulated to meet this dual requirement.
Cetus EliteSyn MGX 68 may also be used in certain turbocharger applications where separate lubrication systems are applied, subject to OEM approval.
Recommended for use in compressors handling air, compressed natural gas (CNG), landfill gas and inert gases.
Cetus EliteSyn MGX 68 can be used in certain vacuum pump applications (e.g. GPM 65 ATEX II 2G IIB 4), subject to OEM approval and operating conditions.
Cetux EliteSyn MGX oils are NOT recommended for use in breathing air compressors
- Advanced Varnish Deposit Control (VDC) technology helps minimise deposit formation and contributes to cleaner compressor operation.
- High quality synthetic PAO base fluids and advanced additive technology help resist oxidation and support lubricant performance under demanding operating conditions.
- Stable viscosity characteristics contribute to consistent lubrication performance across a wide range of operating temperatures.
- Designed to support longer oil drain intervals compared with conventional mineral oil-based compressor lubricants.
- Fully compatible with Cetus PAO products, helping facilitate product changeover where appropriate operating procedures are followed.
