Marfak XD 2 M2 is a proven performance water resistant extreme pressure calcium thickened semi-synthetic grease, recommended for the lubrication of heavily loaded plainand roller bearings at normal temperatures and limited speeds, in wet and corrosive environments.

Applications
- Marfak XD 2 M 2 is specifically developed for marine applications and serves as a universal grease for forestry, agricultural, and construction vehicles. The product is also suitable for industrial applications where water washout and corrosion are problematic. The inclusion of MoS2 and graphite provides extra protection in applications with slowmoving or oscillating bearings.
- However, lubricating greases containing MoS2 or graphite are not suitable for high-speed rolling bearings.
- Marfak XD 2 M 2 is used in centralized lube systems on backhoe dredger as a multipurpose grease for the centralized lube system on Komatsu excavators.
