High performance sprayable aluminium complex grease lubrication
Texclad AL HV 0 is a high performance sprayable aluminium complex grease, formulated with quality mineral base oil in combination with a very fine graphite element.
Applications
- Texclad AL HV 0 is designed for automatic spray lubrication of a wide range of toothed wheels, gear rings, toothed racks and pinions under high pressure and temperature operations. It is suitable for the lubrication of rotary furnaces or similar hot lubricating points even under dusty and wet conditions
- Texclad AL HV 0 is pumpable and especially suited for applications in centralised lubricating systems employed increasingly in the mining, sugar, cement and steel industries. In a wide operating temperature range from –20°C to +200°C, Texclad AL HV 0 provides smooth operation of machines and aggregates
- Attention must be paid to ensure that under scheduled lubrication a maximum temperature of +200°C is not exceeded. At temperatures in excess of this, continuous re-lubrication must be ensured or shorter re-greasing intervals introduced, subject to thermal load. Under these conditions temperatures up to +250°C may be reached
